The Dear Jane Software by Electric Quilt Company was my first quilting software purchase. Any time you are new to a type of software, there is a learning curve. Luckily, the manual has lessons in a workbook style that allow you to view the process and follow along step by step. I didn't use the lessons before starting my quilt blocks so it can be done without but I don't recommend just jumping in. For a gift, I recieved a copy of EQ6 shortly afterwards and accessed this software through the EQ6 prgram.

I highly recommend this software if you are interested in historical quilt blocks, miniature blocks, the full Dear Jane (Jane Stickle) patterns and/or samplers. I began my journey using this software and more recently added Dear Jane. The EQ patterns save considerable time that would have to be spent constantly re-drafting book patterns. I began in January 2010 and as of today, have 57 blocks complete already. I'm hoping to have all the blocks done in just one year. This would not be possible with the book alone.

As in other versions of EQ software, this one allows printing options to tailor patterns to your quilting style. Most blocks offer applique, rotary cutting, templates, and paper piecing instructions. It's fantastic! Plus, you can adjust the size of the blocks in just a click---the program does the math for you! LOVE THAT!! The traditional pattern calls for 4.5 inch finished blocks...want to make them larger (or smaller though I can't imagine)? Click & Viola!

I bought these pants from jaffrum and they are much more than I expected. I figured they would be made with thin leather and be light,but infact they're heavy and made with thick leather. I ended up doing what most of the people below did.. Exchanging for a slightly smaller size.. Though, the exchange process was quick and easy, and the new pair I got fit perfectly with a bit of length modification. The only issue I'm having is with the belt loops being a bit small, and the threading coming undone a bit from where I shordened the leggings. Just a few things I can fix myself. Otherwise, an EXCELLENT product.

Thought it would be a little heavy but is light enough to lift into my car. Lets me take my mother-in-law to places that it would previously be impossible to take her to. Overall, a good item to buy.


Drive Medical TR29E/TR39E-BV Review by Noodle 19-2000

I got this wheelchair for my mother because she just had a hip replacement (with a knee replacement to follow in a few months) and cannot walk long distances, even with her walker. Her car doesn't have enough room for her "regular" wheelchair, and she cannot get into my car that is big enough to fit her regular wheelchair into. I opted to get this one because we won't be totally dependent on it and will probably put it away after she has healed from her surgeries, so we didn't need an overly pricey model.

We are pleased with this transport wheelchair, especially for the price. It seems sturdy enough, and it is ready to use right out of the box. The quality really is better than we were expecting from a so-called "economy" model, and the chair is comfortable.

Now, for the cons. I got the 17" model and it definitely weighs more than advertised. That isn't really an issue for me, because I have also had to lift several "regular" wheelchairs, but that might be important to others. The other complaint I have about it is that I had a terrible time trying to adjust the footrests because they were set too short when the wheelchair came out of the box. It was almost impossible to get the bolt on the end loose.

All in all, like I said before, this is an excellent wheelchair for the price. I think someone who has bigger mobility issues might want to opt for a pricier model, though.

This chair is much lighter weight than a regular wheel chair and takes up so much less room in the trunk of my car. Also, the height of the handles is higher than a regular wheelchair which is much better for me because I'm tall. I don't find myself unconsciously stooping as with the lower handles. I would buy another transport chair for these reasons.

Love it - perfect dark brown color, sturdy, and doesn't skid across the floor. If only it came in a 20 or 24" width - the 27" is just a bit too wide for a runner / carpet in my opinion. This company is the best to deal with. I had a problem with my first order and the color and they called me personally to discuss my replacement and return. Within 1 week I had sent back my first order and received the dark brown carpets AND my refund from the initial order. Very fast, very efficient and you should have no worries when dealing with them.

I bought this runner for our main floor hallway about 1 year ago. It has held up very well.

The problem though, is the color I chose, it shows every speck of dirt that has been brought in from outside or tracked from the kitchen by our twin toddlers.

This runner won't slip across the floor when you step on it, but it does give to movement and allows bumps to form, which can cause a trip if you aren't careful.

I just ordered a second one of these runners in the almond color, which I hope will show less dirt. This one is getting moved to the basement hallway.

So yes, I recommend this runner (especially for the price), but don't get the chocolate brown.

Runner arrived within a short period of time from when order was placed. The carpet itself is of good quality and the skid resistant part is WONDERFUL!!!! I purchased this because our hallway is 20' in length and we have 4 dogs who run it constantly chasing one another. This runner stays in place and does NOT slide around even with 16 dog feet running up and down it all day. Great buy, wished it had come in a few more choices of colors, but then again this color won't show the dirt (yea). It vacuums easily with the shorter nap and is a breeze to maintain.

The product is built very good, the charger give you red and green lights to let you know the batteries are depleted or charged, I would give this product 5 stars if the batteries would power the security camera for about 4 hours, they last about 2-3 hours, but the camera signal is stable until the end of the charge. PowerEx Stealth Two Hour 4 Bank 9.6V Charger w/3-9.6V Batteries Review by HMMWV "God, Country, Corps" (santa clara, CA USA)

I first bought this system for use with wireless microphones that eat 9vdc batteries and do not perform well with the 7.2 volt rechargable nicad cells. The problem has always been that with the same number of cells inside the 9v stack at 1.2 V instead of 1.5V you loose .3 V x 6 cells or 1.8 volts which drops the typical rechargable cell from 9V to 7.2 V.

Transmitters don't work well on 7.2 volts of typical rechargable "9v" batteries. You also tend to want a fresh charge on your battery before use which is where this product comes in.

It adds an extra cell to get you 9.5 volts which is typical of normal batteries.

The con: The batteries are only about 230-250 mah instead of the alkaline 500 mah so you do not get the same runtime. The charger is well made and indicates when the cells are charged.

These are recommended for use when you know that you want a charged battery and don't mind recharging it when done (example using it for a wireless mic). The higher voltage will make the product work well and you won't be wondering if the battery is fully charged or not - you will know it is full every time. For people who use alot of 9V batteries, this will pay for itself in a short amount of time.

I don't know if its just me (since most of the other reviews seem quite positive..) but I have had nothing but trouble with this damn carseat! From day one, the straps ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS slump off of my son's shoulders the entire time! And this is despite tightening/adjusting them however possible. No matter how tight or loose they are, this happens anyway. And so to make up for it, i try to keep them really tight but then of course that makes it uncomfortable and frustrating for my son to be so confined, especially when they are just going to fall off of him either way!! This seat looked SO comfortable and had a "deluxe" kind of look to it, so i was really excited to get it! So needless to say, i am quite disappointed! After using it for about 3 months now, the bottom buckle on the left wont even stay snapped in anymore! I don't know WHAT would cause this, especially since I am not using it any differently than directed..Normal wear and tear (especially so quickly!) should NOT break the thing! So now if it wasn't safe enough as it is because the straps are always falling off, now the BOTTOM set of buckles dont even work so its REALLY unsafe!! SO disappointing when I had such high hopes! In my husband's car, we have one that was half the price of this one and works SO much better!!
